Role Description:

 

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leader - Security Architect to take ownership of a critical security engineering program for our customer. This role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to engage in technical design, solution discussions, and strategic planning across various security domains. The ideal candidate is a go-getter, a sharp communicator, and a trusted advisor who can drive technical excellence, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver tangible security outcomes.

 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

Technical Leadership & Execution
  • Lead and manage security engineering programs, taking over from the existing team to enhance execution, efficiency, and value delivery.
  • Provide deep technical expertise across Privileged Access Management (PAM), Cloud Security (CASB, API Security, DLP), Endpoint Protection, CMDB asset management, and Ransomware Readiness.
  • Define technical strategy, architectural frameworks, and execution roadmaps for key security initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless execution of security projects, including PEM (Privileged Endpoint Management), CASB (Netskope) implementation, CMDB Asset Management, and Ransomware Readiness.
  • Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs), procurement processes, and solution deployments, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Program & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with PMO, customer leadership, and technical teams to ensure security initiatives align with organizational goals.
  • Drive the security engineering team's execution while managing program risks, dependencies, and challenges.
  • Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and decision-making processes with senior leadership, engineers, and vendors.
  • Communicate complex security concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Establish strong working relationships with InfoSec, compliance, IT operations, and engineering teams.
Strategic Thought Leadership
  • Influence and define security roadmaps with a focus on long-term sustainability, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously improve security frameworks, best practices, and governance to align with evolving threat landscapes and compliance requirements.
  • Advocate for security automation, zero-trust principles, and cloud-native security architectures.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in security architecture, security engineering, and technical program leadership.
  • Expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Cloud Security (CASB, API Security, DLP), Endpoint Security, CMDB/Asset Management, and Ransomware Protection.
  • Strong background in leading security engineering teams and driving technical implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools such as Delinea, Netskope, Wiz, and other cloud security platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute security strategies while managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage at both technical and executive levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise security environments and managing security programs at scale.
Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Azure Security, or Google Professional Security Engineer are a plus.
    • Experience with security automation, DevSecOps, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
    • Prior consulting experience in security transformation programs is highly desirable.
