Job Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique cybersecurity needs.
- Clearly articulate the value of our cybersecurity products and services to clients through compelling presentations.
- Analyze client cybersecurity requirements, identify vulnerabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop detailed proposals that outline recommended solutions, pricing, implementation plans, and support.
- Negotiate contracts to achieve client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within our CRM.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Ideal Background:
- Proven ability to identify and engage mid-market and enterprise leads through high-volume outbound prospecting.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar) for pipeline management.
- Adaptability to the fast-paced environment of a mature startup.
- 5+ years of cybersecurity products and services sales experience (MSP preferred).
- Experienced in sales and progressed from SDR to AE with a track record quota attainment
