Summary:
The Cyber Security Organizational Change Management Leader will be responsible
for leading and managing the change management activities within the cyber
security program. This role will focus on the people side of change, including
changes to business processes, systems, and technology. The primary
responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies
and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing
resistance.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to
support cyber security initiatives.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key
stakeholders.
Design and deliver training programs and materials to ensure successful
adoption of new security policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management
activities into project plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make
necessary adjustments.
Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead
their teams through change.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure
understanding and buy-in for security initiatives.
Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change and develop strategies to
mitigate it.
Track and report on change management metrics and outcomes.
Qualifications:

Bachelorβs degree in business administration, Information Technology, Cyber
Security, or a related field.
Proven experience in change management within a cyber security organization.
Strong understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
